Our Guarantee
As FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the FTD product, you have 24 hours to notify us for a replacement. Our nursery has an additional guarantee of 1 year on all trees and shrubs.
